.claude/skills is now a symlink to the repo-root skills/ dir, so the duplicate tracked copy under .claude/skills/ no longer exists on disk and showed as a permanent deletion. Drop it from tracking and gitignore the symlink plus the scheduled_tasks.lock runtime file.
