Update Vite configuration and enhance error handling in Svelte components

- Added 'tldts' and 'tldts-core' to the Vite SSR noExternal configuration.
- Refactored error handling in +error.svelte and auth-failed/+page.svelte to use a goHome function for navigation instead of href attributes.
