* fix(dashboard): API page snippet highlighting and breadcrumb i18n
Stop double-translating nav titles in breadcrumbs (t was called on
already-localized strings like Audience and API).
Use Code.Root default typescript highlighting for all API quick-start
snippets instead of unsupported bash/python/go langs.
