docs: create an exercise (#203)

* docs: Improve sign-up documentation for ClassroomIO

This commit includes improvements to the sign-up documentation for ClassroomIO, enhancing clarity, completeness, and user guidance. 

Notable additions include:
- A note about signing up being disabled on production with alternatives provided.
- Links to relevant resources, such as the ClassroomIO features and booking a demo, for easier navigation.
- Detailed onboarding process to provide clarity.
- Guidance on what to expect upon reaching the dashboard and what actions to take next.

The changes ensure that users have all the information they need to successfully navigate the sign-up process and get started with ClassroomIO.

Added a callout to emphasize disabled sign-up.

Due to feedback, I've reduced the paragraphs length while retaining the information to reduce cognitive load.
